DELIVERY, RETURN AND SHIPPING

Item will be shipped within 48 hours after received a verified payment and showed "Completed" status

  1. We normally ship by FedEx for most of orders.
  • FedEx takes around 6-21 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
  1. Express shipping is also available. Please contact us first at sales@smartproinstrument.com
  • We use FedEx for express shipping; it takes around 3-6 days to arrive, depending on the destination (receiving time might be varied due to the customs clearance time in different countries).
  • We are not responsible for any custom taxation if applicable in some countries. (We send by international parcel, the taxation seldom happened in some countries)
  • This delivery arrangement excludes our public holiday.
  • We try our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service, but sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the local customs and post service.
  • If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
  • We will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

 

Smartpro offers the following delivery options for customers purchasing online:

  1. Delivery within Bangkok
  • Delivery is up to 3 business days for items not over W22 x L30x H21cms, free-of-charge.
  • For Larger sized items, delivery is up to 7 business days, free-of-charge.
  1. Delivery outside Bangkok, and Upcountry
  • Delivery charges apply depending on distance and size of the item.
  • Delivery fees will be charged separately.
  • Delivery fee payment can be made by bank transfer.

 

Return And Replacement Policy

  1. Smartpro warrants to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER only that each Smartpro product is free from defects in workmanship and/or material under normal usage and service, for period of one year from the date original purchase.
  2. Smartpro will accept item returns and replacements only for the following reasons:
    • Incomplete Delivery (Missing accessories, etc.)
    • Defective by manufacture.
    • Damage by transport. (Only for Domestic)
    • Broken parts/items when received.
    • Received wrong items;
    • Receive other customer parcel;
    1. Customer must notify Smartpro within 5 business days of receiving the items should they wish to request for delivery/return;
    2. It is encouraged that customers take videos/photos when unpacking the item as proof of return;
    3. The following information must be provided to Smartpro should a return/replacement be requested:
    • Return reason
    • Receipt
    • Number of products from the receipt to return
    • Name of products from the receipt to return
    • Full name
    • Contact number
    • Email
    • Proof – Video/Photo of item

    1. To return, the item must be delivered to:
      Smartpro Instrument Co., Ltd. 56/10 Moo.8, Muong Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon 74000. Tel: +6634 440994 – 5, FAX: +6634 440661
    2. Upon receipt of disputed item, Smartpro will get in touch with the customer for further process.
    3. Items must be returned well packaged, in its original condition.
    4. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, damage act of nature or any other external causes will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
    5. To receive a replacement item, customer must wait to receive confirmation email.
    6. Customer can only receive a replacement item if the item is in stock. Should a replacement item will not be available, the customer can either exchange to another available in stock.
    7. After receiving a confirmation email the replacement item can be returned to the customer within 15 business days.
    8. The manufacturer will pay a one-sided freight charge within the warranty.
    9. Refund is not available.

    Smartpro has the right to change, amend, or update its policies, terms and conditions without prior notice.
