Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped within 48 hours to 1 week after receiving verified payment marked as "Completed".

We typically ship via FedEx, but customers may choose from other available freight options at the time of booking.

Standard FedEx shipping takes approximately 6–21 days, depending on the destination.

Express shipping is available upon request. Please contact us at sales@smartproinstrument.com for more details. Express delivery via FedEx usually takes 3–6 days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping timelines do not include public holidays.

All shipping documents will be shared with the customer by email prior to dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Return Policy

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or local import charges in the destination country.

If the customer fails to respond promptly to customs or freight forwarders, and the parcel is returned to SmartPro, the customer will be liable for all return shipping charges, taxes, and any related fees.
Insurance & Liability

SmartPro is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels once shipped, especially if the customer has not arranged insurance for the shipment.

We do not collect or provide insurance for packages. Customers are advised to arrange insurance on their own if desired.

SmartPro will only be responsible for manufacturing defects and not for any issues arising during transit if the shipment is not insured.

Smartpro offers the following delivery options for customers purchasing online:
- Delivery within Bangkok
- Delivery is up to 3 business days for items not over W22 x L30x H21cms, free-of-charge.
- For Larger sized items, delivery is up to 7 business days, free-of-charge.
- Delivery outside Bangkok, and Upcountry
- Delivery charges apply depending on distance and size of the item.
- Delivery fees will be charged separately.
- Delivery fee payment can be made by bank transfer.
Return And Replacement Policy
- Smartpro warrants to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER only that each Smartpro product is free from defects in workmanship and/or material under normal usage and service, for period of one year from the date original purchase.
- Smartpro will accept item returns and replacements only for the following reasons:
- Incomplete Delivery (Missing accessories, etc.)
- Defective by manufacture.
- Damage by transport. (Only for Domestic)
- Broken parts/items when received.
- Received wrong items;
- Receive other customer parcel;
- Customer must notify Smartpro within 5 business days of receiving the items should they wish to request for delivery/return;
- It is encouraged that customers take videos/photos when unpacking the item as proof of return;
- The following information must be provided to Smartpro should a return/replacement be requested:
- Return reason
- Receipt
- Number of products from the receipt to return
- Name of products from the receipt to return
- Full name
- Contact number
- Proof – Video/Photo of item

- To return, the item must be delivered to:

- Items must be returned well packaged, in its original condition.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, damage act of nature or any other external causes will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
- To receive a replacement item, customer must wait to receive confirmation email.
- Customer can only receive a replacement item if the item is in stock. Should a replacement item will not be available, the customer can either exchange to another available in stock.
- After receiving a confirmation email the replacement item can be returned to the customer within 15 business days.
- The manufacturer will pay a one-sided freight charge within the warranty.
- Refund is not available.
Smartpro has the right to change, amend, or update its policies, terms and conditions without prior notice.
